1. General Terms and Conditions and Acknowledgment of Agreement

The qqqee platform is provided on an "as is" basis. qqqee does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. qqqee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. qqqee's maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount you deposited on qqqee in the last 3 months.

6.2 Player Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• For all activity occurring on your account
• To comply with local laws and regulations
• Payment of any taxes or duties applicable to your winnings

6.3 Account Suspension and Termination
